Qualifications and Experience:

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by ARRT or equivalent Valid state licensure (as applicable) Proven experience operating CT equipment in a clinical or hospital setting Strong understanding of anatomical positioning and radiological safety protocols Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow physician imaging orders Effective communication and interpersonal skills Current BLS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT imaging procedures according to established protocols, ensuring precise and high-quality scans Position patients and provide instructions for optimal imaging results and patient safety Monitor patient wellbeing during scans and respond promptly to any adverse reactions Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare team members to review and interpret imaging results Maintain accurate patient records, document imaging information, and ensure confidentiality Oversee and maintain CT equipment, performing troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed Adhere strictly to infection control and radiation safety regulations
