Key Responsibilities:

Accurately position patients and select appropriate coils according to physician protocols. Ensure clear communication with patients during MRI scans using specialized microphone systems. Gather and input essential patient history and procedure details into computerized systems. Execute scan sequences and calibrate MRI equipment, following specific radiologist directions. Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the scan by direct observation and closed-circuit TV. Review and assess images for clarity and diagnostic quality, capturing and recording final images as needed. Maintain strict adherence to MRI safety protocols, alerting colleagues of magnetic field hazards. Support smooth imaging operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
