Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
Rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends On-call assignments as needed Overtime may be required to ensure exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT preferred) Current state licensure (if applicable) Demonstrated proficiency with CT imaging procedures Ability to perform venipuncture and manage IV maintenance Exceptional communication and patient care skills Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs., push/pull 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods (minimum 6 hours/day) Experience documenting and verifying patient clinical histories, insurance authorizations, and handling
PACS/EPIC
systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct complex CT procedures using professional judgment and proper protocols Prepare, screen, and review patient documents, including consent and contrast questionnaires Administer and monitor contrast media during exams as ordered Ensure image quality and radiographs meet diagnostic standards Maintain clear communication with radiologists, referring physicians, and patients Address patient questions, provide clear explanations, and document concerns Adhere to department policies for quality, safety, and compliance Adapt care to the specific needs of diverse patient populations
