Know Your Team:
Lovelace Medical Center (LMC), in the heart of Albuquerque, is an acute care hospital providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services. LMC recently acquired New Mexico?s first Intuitive da Vinci 5 ® surgical system, demonstrating its commitment to the most advanced technology available in minimally invasive surgery. LMC has 263 licensed beds. Responsibilities Performs Computed Tomography imaging procedures. May provide clerical support to the assigned department, including but not limited to maintaining records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent. Basic Computer skills; Proficient with pressure injectors; Cross-sectional anatomy; Sterile techniques and patient monitoring. Radiation safety. One (1) year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist. ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible. Full State of New Mexico licensure is required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree. One year of experience as a CT Technologist.
