Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting diagnostic excellence as an Imaging Professional. This opportunity offers the chance to apply your expertise as a Radiology and X-ray Technologist in a collaborative healthcare setting. You will be central to the patient experience, providing high-quality imaging that informs critical clinical decisions.
Key Qualifications:
Valid ARRT certification or equivalent for Radiologic Technologists Active state license for Radiologic Technology (if required) Proven experience operating imaging equipment, including X-ray and radiology diagnostic devices Knowledge of safety protocols and proper patient positioning Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate image capture Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic X-rays and other radiologic procedures as ordered by physicians Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process to ensure comfort and safety Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging techniques based on clinical needs Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment following quality assurance protocols Adhere strictly to infection control and radiation safety standards Document and maintain imaging records in accordance with departmental guidelines Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care This contract role provides a dynamic professional environment where your contributions to patient health are valued.
