This position is ideal for both newly graduated and early-career radiologic technologists seeking to launch their careers in a mission-driven healthcare environment. Under established departmental protocols and physician orders, the technologist will perform diagnostic radiographic examinations while providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of image quality and safety. Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity. Operate radiographic equipment safely and effectively to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Verify patient identity and maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records and imaging systems. Adhere to radiation safety standards, infection prevention protocols, and quality assurance procedures. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care. Maintain equipment and examination rooms in accordance with departmental standards. Provide compassionate and professional care to patients from diverse backgrounds. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License or ability to obtain licensure before employment. Current ARRT Certification in Radiography [R] or eligibility to obtain certification. New graduates welcome. No prior work experience required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
