Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care services within approved clinical privileges under physician supervision. Perform thorough patient assessments using age-appropriate growth and development standards. Assist with a range of radiology procedures, including fluoroscopic studies, joint injections, and biopsies under ultrasound/CT guidance. Support supervising physicians in patient management and procedural tasks. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Document all procedures, imaging findings, and patient outcomes meticulously. Educate and communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and post-care.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved course of study acceptable to the New York State Education Department. Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field required. ARRT certification in Radiography; certifications in CT, Ultrasound, or Interventional Radiology highly preferred. Radiologist Assistant (RA) or PA with a radiology focus preferred. Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
