You will join a dedicated radiology department for a 13-week assignment starting on October 28, 2024.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm No call duties required No holiday shifts

Key Qualifications:

Successful completion of a formal training program from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology Current and valid New York State licensure Active ARRT certification in MRI Strong understanding of MRI safety, anatomy, and imaging protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Principal Responsibilities:

Operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout scanning procedures Review and verify patient histories and relevant clinical information Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to achieve precise and timely results Maintain accurate imaging records and uphold patient confidentiality Adhere to all infection control and quality assurance protocols
