Make It Possible:
In this role, the Mammography Imaging Technologist is responsible for the preparation and execution of Mammo procedures. You'll have an exciting opportunity to warmly greet & welcome patients/visitors/staff & assist radiologists and other physicians in performing exams when necessary. Assess patient condition, produce good quality radiographic images, & ensure adherence to safety standards. This is a full time position, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist, working Monday
  • Friday from 12:00pm
  • 8:00pm.
Preferred Criteria:
ARRT Advanced modality
  • Mammo (M) Prior Mammo Tech experience working in a hospital setting
Required Criteria:
High School Diploma or equivalent Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification Must obtain at least 24 continuing education credits every 2 years as per ARRT requirements Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
