Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging services in a clinical setting. This role is ideal for someone skilled in MRI technology, dedicated to patient care, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI Valid state licensure (if applicable) Minimum of 1 year experience operating MRI equipment in a healthcare environment Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI safety protocols Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with medical staff
Responsibilities:
Operate MRI scanners to obtain diagnostic images as ordered by physicians Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety Review imaging orders and protocols, select appropriate imaging parameters Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate patient records Monitor patients during scanning for any adverse reactions or issues Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care This contract opportunity offers a chance to advance your skills while making a meaningful contribution in a reputable healthcare facility.
