Hours Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with radiology protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong CT experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced imaging environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform CT procedures according to established protocols Utilize appropriate imaging techniques to ensure high-quality diagnostic images Perform daily quality control and equipment calibration checks Assess and respond to patient needs before, during, and after imaging procedures Follow radiation safety guidelines and ALARA principles Maintain patient records, imaging documentation, and department logs Retrieve and manage patient imaging data for radiologist interpretation Report equipment issues and maintain compliance with safety standards Perform quality assurance and quality control testing Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and patient care Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical setting
Education Requirements:
Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field Licensure /
Certification:
Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License (LRT) ARRT Certification in Radiography Current ARRT CT Certification BLS Certification required For more details reach at
