CT Technologist (CT Tech)

Akron, OH Contract Duration:
13 Weeks Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong CT imaging skills and experience working in a fast-paced acute care environment. Experience in a Level I Trauma Center and/or Comprehensive Stroke Center is preferred. Schedule Night Shift (3rd Shift)
Schedule Options:
3 x 12-hour shifts 4 x 10-hour shifts
Rotating Weekends Required On-Call Requirement:
1 day per month Holiday coverage as needed Requirements Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience ARRT (CT) Certification required BLS Certification required Active Ohio License required prior to start, or willingness to obtain Ohio licensure before assignment begins Preferred Experience Level I Trauma Center experience Stroke Center experience Acute care hospital experience Emergency Department imaging experience Responsibilities Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to departmental protocols. Conduct imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Administer contrast agents as required and monitor patients during procedures. Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation. Follow radiation safety and quality assurance standards.
