Radiology Tech | Columbus, Ohio Soliant - 3.9 Columbus, OH Job Details Contract 6 days ago Qualifications BLS Certification Basic life support ARRT Certification Full Job Description Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A healthcare facility in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with expertise in X-ray imaging for a 13-week contract assignment. This role involves performing diagnostic radiographic procedures with precision and professionalism, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate imaging results.
Responsibilities:
Conduct X-ray imaging procedures following established protocols and safety standards. Prepare and position patients accurately for radiographic examinations. Operate imaging equipment efficiently and maintain equipment cleanliness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain relevant patient history and provide quality diagnostic images. Adhere to radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff. Document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Valid ARRT certification and Ohio State license. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Experience working in an Operating Room (OR) environment preferred. Strong expertise in X-ray imaging techniques. Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Schedule:
Five 8-hour shifts, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Specific days to be discussed during the interview process.
