As a travel MRI Tech, you'll engage with two dynamic imaging environments—one at a hospital and one at an outpatient center—allowing you to gain exposure to diverse workflows, leadership styles, and cutting-edge GE MRI technology. With a robust daily case load and the opportunity to guide newer staff and MRI students, this assignment offers valuable experience you can proudly add to your resume, broadening your expertise across both patient care and technical imaging practices.
Schedule/Hours:
Wednesday:
6:30 AM•5:00 PM (Imaging lab);
Call:
7:00 PM•7:00
AM Thursday:
6:30 AM•5:00 PM (Imaging lab)
Friday:
6:30 AM•5:00 PM (Outpatient center)
Weekend Call:
Saturday 7:00 AM•Sunday 7:00 PM (as scheduled)
Desired Background:
1+ year of MRI department experience in a hospital setting Certification with ARRT in Diagnostic Radiology and Advanced MRI Registry (MR) GE MRI experience required Ability to start IVs and administer magnetic contrast agents EPIC EHR and PACS experience preferred BLS certification preferred (required before patient care duties)
