Overview:
Are you looking for a more relaxed, patient-focused radiology role—without the stress of surgery or complex imaging procedures? We are seeking a dependable and professional X-Ray Technician to join our friendly, fast-paced team. This is a low-stress clinical position with no surgeries, no fluoroscopic exams, and no hospital environment. As part of our outpatient urgent care setting, you'll support providers by performing routine diagnostic X-rays and helping ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for every patient. This position would float between Huber Heights/Englewood/Springfield.Duties:
Perform standard radiographic exams as ordered by providers—no fluoroscopy or advanced imaging required Assist with basic patient intake: history, vitals, and registration Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized exam rooms Ensure proper function and cleanliness of X-ray equipment; report issues promptly Log and document X-ray procedures accurately Support a positive patient experience with clear communication and compassionate care Occasionally train new team members and assist in light clinical flow tasks Requirements Active RT certification (required) 1-2 years of experience in a clinic or physician practice preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently while being a team player Basic EMR/computer skills Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between designated sites A calm, flexible, service-oriented mindset Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insuranceSimilar jobs in Huber Heights, OH
