Full-Time About Us We are a growing, patient-focused outpatient-based lab (OBL) specializing in interventional radiology and vascular procedures. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, minimally invasive care in a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Scrub Technologist to join our interventional radiology/vascular team. This role is essential in supporting physicians during procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile fields for interventional radiology and vascular procedures Assist physicians during procedures by passing instruments, managing supplies, and anticipating needs Perform proper instrument counts and ensure availability of necessary equipment Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols Prepare procedure rooms before and after cases, including cleaning and restocking Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and radiologic technologists Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies Qualifications Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Minimum 1-2 years of scrub experience; interventional radiology or vascular experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of sterile technique and procedural workflow Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, outpatient environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Preferred Experience Experience in outpatient-based labs (OBL), cath lab, or hybrid OR settings Familiarity with vascular interventions, angiography, and endovascular procedures What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays Monday-Thursday schedule (no weekends or major holidays) Supportive team culture and opportunities for growth How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining relevant experience.
