Qualifications:
Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Valid state licensure as required Prior experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) preferred Proficiency in imaging equipment, fluoroscopy, and sterile technique BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Assist physicians in interventional radiology procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images for diagnosis and intervention Prepare and maintain sterile fields and instrumentation Monitor patient responses throughout procedures, providing exceptional care Document all aspects of procedural workflow according to facility protocols Collaborate with staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
