Qualifications:
Current, active certification in CT Imaging (ARRT or equivalent) Valid state licensure (if required) Previous experience working independently with CT equipment Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols Excellent problem-solving and communication skills BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images Evaluate imaging for quality and accuracy; adapt techniques as needed Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes to ensure comfort and safety Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and patient confidentiality regulations Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Manage daily workflow efficiently, balancing routine and urgent imaging requests
