MRI Technician

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to provide expert imaging services on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for candidates skilled with Siemens MRI equipment and committed to high-quality patient care during overnight hours.

Schedule/Hours:

Five 8-hour shifts, nights (11:00 pm - 7:30 am, Monday through Friday) Primary need is for 3rd shift coverage Some scheduling flexibility available No on-call requirements Preference for candidates willing to work at least one holiday if contract includes multiple holidays

Qualifications:

Current BLS certification required ARRT(MR) registration required Hands-on experience operating Siemens MRI systems Background in hospital or busy imaging center settings beneficial Strong interpersonal and patient care skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours

Role Responsibilities:

Perform MRI procedures according to physician orders and regulatory protocols Operate Siemens MRI systems, optimizing image quality while ensuring patient safety Accurately position patients and explain procedures for comfort and clarity Monitor patients during examinations, addressing questions or concerns professionally Maintain precise records and documentation of imaging procedures Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver seamless, patient-focused care
