Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract A 13-week contract opportunity is available for an experienced Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray imaging. This role offers evenings Monday through Friday with no calls or weekend shifts, ideal for professionals seeking a consistent schedule.
Location:
Positioned in Lewisburg, PA, this outpatient center provides a dynamic clinical environment focusing on ortho, urology, spine, gastroenterology, and pain clinic cases. Lewisburg is a charming community known for its scenic beauty, friendly atmosphere, and access to outdoor activities, making it an appealing place to live and work.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using GE OEC C-arms, focusing on ortho, urology, spine, and gastroenterology cases. Operate portable imaging equipment, including GE and Shimadzu units. Accurately handle procedures related to pain clinic cases in an outpatient setting. Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging processes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Utilize EPIC electronic health records system for documentation and workflow.
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification required. Minimum of 2 years' experience as an ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist. Proven proficiency with GE OEC C-arm systems and portable GE and Shimadzu imaging equipment. Experience in outpatient imaging centers, particularly with ortho, urology, spine, gastroenterology, and pain management cases. Familiarity with EPIC software for patient documentation.
Shift Hours:
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Five 8-hour shifts). No weekend or on-call duties.
