Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into a vital role providing advanced patient care and high-quality medical imaging as an MRI Technologist. Utilize your expertise to deliver accurate diagnostic images and exceptional patient experiences, working with state-of-the-art MRI technology in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current certification in MRI Technology (ARRT or equivalent) Valid state licensure as required Previous experience operating MRI equipment in a clinical setting Excellent knowledge of MRI safety protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patient comfort and cooperation Ability to work efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to varying patient needs
Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and optimum imaging results Operate MRI equipment, following established protocols to generate quality diagnostic images Review images for clarity and accuracy before submitting for physician interpretation Explain procedures to patients and address any questions or concerns Monitor patients throughout the scanning process and recognize signs of distress or adverse reactions Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations Collaborate with radiologists, clinicians, and support staff to coordinate patient care
