Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into an essential role in medical imaging with an opportunity to provide MRI expertise in a reputable healthcare environment. This 13-week contract assignment focuses on delivering high-quality patient care using advanced MRI technology and requires night shift coverage to support consistent imaging services.
Schedule:
5x8
Hour Shifts, Nights:
11:00pm - 7:30am, Monday through Friday Some scheduling flexibility, but primary need is third shift coverage No on-call responsibilities Preference for candidates willing to assist with at least one holiday if scheduled during assignment
Qualifications:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ARRT (MR) registration required Prior experience operating Siemens MRI systems Proficiency in MRI procedures and safety protocols Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Previous experience working overnight or in similar imaging environments is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician requests and established protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process Operate Siemens MRI equipment with precision and adhere to safety guidelines Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver accurate diagnostic images Accurately document procedures, patient history, and scan results in the facility's record systems Adapt quickly to workflow changes and help with holiday coverage as needed You will play an integral part in supporting the overnight imaging needs of the hospital, helping to ensure seamless diagnostic and patient care services.
