Qualifications & Experience:
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT certified) Valid state licensure to practice as a Radiology Tech or eligibility to obtain PA licensure Minimum of one year's experience in general radiology/imaging preferred Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Strong interpersonal communication skills and adaptability Experience in hospital or high-acuity settings is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by clinicians Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging processes Adjust technical factors and positioning to ensure optimal images Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation in EMR systems Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care plans Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions promptly Uphold infection control and radiation safety standards
