Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in a vital healthcare environment, working as an MRI Technologist. This contract position requires expertise in MRI procedures and provides a rewarding opportunity to support patient care through precise imaging.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current ARRT (MRI) certification or equivalent required Minimum of one year of recent MRI Tech experience in a clinical setting Demonstrated proficiency in operating MRI equipment and related technology Familiarity with safety protocols and advanced imaging techniques Ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and medical staff Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and image quality Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and facility policies
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all MRI examinations according to established protocols and physician orders Position patients appropriately and provide clear explanations to ensure comfort and cooperation Monitor patients during imaging procedures, ensuring safety and image quality Evaluate images for accuracy, quality, and completeness before submission to radiologists Document findings and maintain complete, accurate patient records Practice appropriate infection control and adhere to all safety guidelines, including use of PPE and screening for contraindications Troubleshoot equipment issues and promptly report malfunctions as necessary Collaborate with radiology team members to maintain workflow efficiency Embrace the opportunity to make a significant difference in patient outcomes through your skills in MRI imaging.
