Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract A 13-week MRI Technologist opportunity is available in Cranston, RI, focusing on advanced imaging techniques in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract role offers a consistent night shift schedule with rotating weekends, ideal for professionals experienced in neuro, body, angiography, and musculoskeletal MRI scanning.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans, including neuroimaging, body, angiography, and musculoskeletal studies. Safely scan patients with multiple implanted devices, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Operate Siemens Aera 1.5T MRI equipment efficiently. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate imaging results.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current BLS certification. ARRT (MR) certification required; ARMRIT accepted. Proven experience with Siemens MRI systems, specifically Siemens Aera 1.5T. Advanced expertise in neuro imaging preferred; experience with body, angiography, and MSK scans a plus. Ability to manage complex patient cases, including those with implanted devices. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Shift Details:
Four 10-hour night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Rotating weekends to support continuous patient care.
