Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Experience the coastal charm of Newport, RI, as you take the next step in your career as a traveling CT Technologist. This historic city offers a unique blend of picturesque shoreline, vibrant downtown, and welcoming local culture. During your assignment, you'll have ample opportunity to explore scenic beaches, historic mansions, and lively waterfront activities—all while advancing your professional skills. This 13-week travel opportunity places you in a sophisticated hospital environment, where you'll work with cutting-edge imaging equipment including GE Revolution and Siemens Drive CT scanners. Exposure to a variety of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room cases will broaden your clinical expertise, giving you exposure to a spectrum of workplace practices and leadership styles. Schedule:
5x8 hour shifts—primarily evenings (2nd shift); flexibility for 1st and 3rd shift coverage if needed No on-call requirement
Qualifications:
Current ARRT(CT) certification Valid BLS certification Minimum experience in hospital-based CT settings (inpatient, outpatient, and ER) Familiarity with GE Revolution and Siemens Drive imaging equipment
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT scans for diverse patient populations across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency environments Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize imaging outcomes and patient care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital protocols and compliance standards
