Job Description

Radiology Technologist - Providence, Rhode Island Soliant - 3.9 Providence, RI Job Details Contract 1 day ago Qualifications BLS Certification Diagnostic radiology ARRT (R) Certification Full Job Description Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a crucial role supporting vital imaging services for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will expertly perform diagnostic X-ray examinations utilizing advanced imaging equipment, delivering high-quality care to patients with professionalism and precision.
Schedule:
5x8 hour shifts per week
Evenings:
3:30pm-12:00am Wednesday through Sunday No call requirements
Qualifications:
Registered with ARRT (R) BLS certification required Rhode Island state license (applications with a pending license will be considered) Proficiency in operating a variety of imaging equipment including Philips, Carestream, GE X-ray systems, portable X-ray units, and C-Arms Prior experience as an X-ray Technologist or Radiologic Technologist Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow established protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct imaging procedures using a diverse range of radiologic technology Ensure patient safety and comfort during all examinations Accurately position patients and select technical factors to achieve optimal images Maintain proper documentation of procedures and contribute to patient records Collaborate professionally with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines
