Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Travel Play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic services in a hospital-based environment. This contract position focuses on performing X-ray imaging while delivering exceptional care and professionalism throughout every patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Properly position patients and execute all required radiographic examinations according to established protocols. Operate all radiographic equipment confidently and accurately, ensuring optimal image quality for radiologist interpretation. Maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating excellent customer service with patients, visitors, physicians, and colleagues. Prioritize responsible patient care, including attentive monitoring throughout imaging procedures. Ensure the proper use and routine maintenance of imaging equipment and manage necessary supplies effectively. Participate in ongoing professional development through in-services and continuing education initiatives. Strictly adhere to healthcare system policies and service excellence standards. Perform additional assigned duties as necessary to support departmental needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated competency in Imaging and X-ray procedures. Previous experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting is highly desirable. Proficiency with various radiographic equipment and the ability to adapt to new technologies. Current certification and relevant licensure for X-ray technologists as required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, upholding Core Values and service excellence standards.
