Opportunity:

CT Tech Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts, Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• On-call rotation required Monday through Thursday among all technologists
• Perform high quality CT examinations on patients ranging from infant through geriatrics
• Handle inpatient, emergency department, and scheduled interventional cases (Saturday only)
• Must be able to start IVs, administer contrast, perform biopsies, and use PACS system
• Required certifications:

BLS, ARRT

(CT), SCRQSA (CT)

• Must be registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) for CT
• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association registration required
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• 1 year of experience required, first-timers accepted
• Must provide own radiation badge through agency
• Scrub color requirements: teal top and black bottom
• Epic charting system preferred
• Minimum education: graduated from accredited school of radiologic technology
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams
