Job Description
Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Discover the beauty and warmth of Saint Matthews, SC, a charming community nestled amid picturesque landscapes and Southern hospitality. This travel MRI Technologist position offers a dynamic opportunity to experience professional growth by working in a respected healthcare environment with a Level III Trauma facility. Expand your imaging expertise with cutting-edge technology—particularly Philips MRI systems—and gain valuable insight into innovative practices and collaborative leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
5x8-hour shifts: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday-Friday) On-call rotation required (weekdays evenings and weekend coverage as scheduled) Possible occasional weekends if on callQualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of recent MRI experience (first-time travelers not eligible) ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required Active BLS certification mandated Proficient with Philips MRI systems Flexible for on-call rotation and coverage as needed Willing to provide all requested time off (RTO) at time of submission Must be able to work in a Level III Trauma settingKey Responsibilities:
Operate MRI equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images per physician orders Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures Collaborate effectively with radiologists and multi-disciplinary teams Accurately complete documentation using Epic charting Participate in on-call and emergency preparedness as required Comply with all safety, infection control, and privacy guidelinesBenefits & Travel Perks:
