Job Description

Category Imaging - IR Tech Job Type Contract Embark on an engaging Imaging adventure as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist delivering vital patient care in a collaborative environment. This contract position spans 13 weeks and offers the opportunity to strengthen your expertise and make a difference in a dynamic healthcare team.
Schedule:
Primary shift: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Flexibility required; five shifts may be needed depending on staffing Hours per week: 36-40 Start time: 7:00
AM On-call:
7 days within a 5-week period, including one Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Weekend coverage only during on-call Holiday rotation required if a holiday occurs during assignment
Qualifications:
Active ARRT certification is required Current BLS certification At least 2 years of IR experience, including both peripheral and neuro-interventional procedures Proactive, adaptable mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality interventional imaging procedures in alignment with physician orders Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment efficiently Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals Respond effectively to on-call and emergent cases as scheduled Maintain accurate patient records and documentation following regulatory guidelines
