Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology. State-specific licensure for radiologic technologists (if applicable). Minimum of one year of recent experience in X-ray imaging. Familiarity with digital/PACS systems. Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach. Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality X-ray examinations following physician orders and safety protocols. Ensure accurate patient positioning and minimize radiation exposure. Verify patient identity, obtain informed consent, and explain procedures. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals for diagnostic accuracy. Maintain equipment, monitor safety standards, and manage patient records.
