Schedule:

13-week contract Alternating shift pattern: one week of 3x12-hour shifts, the next week of 4x10-hour shifts Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

Valid ARRT(R) certification Current BLS certification Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-ray Technologist Proficiency with general X-ray procedures in a hospital or acute care setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process Accurately document and label images, maintaining strict adherence to facility protocols Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, escalating maintenance concerns as needed Adhere to all infection control and radiation safety standards
