How you'll make an impact in this role Lead daily imaging services operations to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging, patient care excellence, and efficient clinical workflow across the department. Coordinate patient care activities with the interdisciplinary team to improve care coordination, imaging accuracy, and overall patient outcomes. Support staff development through orientation, training, and performance coaching to strengthen team competency and operational performance. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Cardiographic Tech specializing in Vascular Interpretation credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted. Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in General Practice credentialed from the Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification Program preferred.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking Previous Pediatric Sonography experience preferred. Leadership experience preferred.
