Job Description

Responsible for radiographic examinations utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment. Provides direct patient care to patients of all ages. Contributes to the efficient operation of the department, ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care. Assist in the clinical training of radiologic technology students.
Supervised by:
Radiology Department Supervisor
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology. Registered and certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required. Licensed by the state of Texas as a General Radiographer required. Ultrasound experience preferred. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Basic computer knowledge required. Current BLS for healthcare professionals required at time of hire.
