Full Job Description Sign On Bonus:

$10,000

Referral Bonus:

$2,500 The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing all mammography and bone densitometry procedures in a timely manner. Performs procedures according to physician's orders. As a member of the Radiology team, the Mammography Technologist is responsible for working collaboratively with other members to assure the safe and accurate delivery of patient care at DHR Health.

POSITION EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an accredited radiology program required. Current state certification (i.e. Texas Medical Board) required. Current American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) general certification required. American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) Mammography certification required. American Heart Association BLS certification required. American Heart Association ACLS and PALS recommended.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

­: At least one (1) year of hospital experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred. At least one (1) year of hospital experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred. Must meet all MQSA requirements. Able to demonstrate high degree of competency and experience with CT procedures.
