Job Description

Lead Mammography Tech An opportunity is available for a skilled and dedicated individual to take on the role of Lead Mammography Tech. This is a full-time position located in Humble, TX, where you will oversee and manage patient care within the Imaging Services departments. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and the ability to improve patient care quality through effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert clinical care to patients across various specialties and handle complex diagnoses. Ensure high-quality patient care by adhering to hospital policies and working closely with other departments. Coordinate day-to-day operations and provide leadership that upholds quality standards. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by holding staff accountable for customer service, risk reduction, and process improvement.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology school. Certification in Basic or Advanced Life Support. Texas Medical Board licensure (MRT). American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R) certification. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-M) certification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with every fourth Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
