Schedule/Hours:
4 x 10-hour shifts (07:00-17:30) with one rotating day off per weekRequirements:
ARRT certification required Texas Medical Board (TMB) license required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Vascular Interventional (VI) certification preferred Interventional Radiology experience required; pediatric experience highly preferredResponsibilities:
Skillfully perform routine and specialized interventional radiographic procedures for accurate diagnostic interpretation Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to rigorous safety protocols, maintaining high standards of radiation safety and patient protection Document procedures meticulously and maintain accurate records as required Confirm patient identity, verify pregnancy and consent status, and conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments Select and administer contrast agents as indicated by patient age, weight, and clinical background Participate actively in quality control, inventory management, and education/mentoring of healthcare trainees and peers Consistently deliver compassionate, population-appropriate care for all patientsBenefits & Perks:
