This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent PRN coverage with set weekday shifts at two fast-paced outpatient imaging centers. The PRN CT Tech will perform high-quality CT examinations while providing excellent patient care and maintaining efficient workflow throughout the day. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to work independently in a busy outpatient setting. Schedule PRN position Set weekday schedule 1-2 days per week Coverage will rotate between: Houston MRI Friendswood Alliance MRI Clear Lake Responsibilities Perform CT scans following physician orders and imaging protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the exam process Properly screen patients and review histories Start IVs and administer contrast when needed Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records Work closely with front office staff, radiologists, and technologists to keep workflow moving efficiently Follow all HIPAA, safety, and infection control guidelines Qualifications ARRT registered in Radiography (R) CT certification preferred or registry eligible Texas MRT license required Current BLS certification Outpatient imaging experience preferred Experience with contrast injections preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and team player Strong work ethic Flexibility to help where needed Commitment to providing excellent patient care Pay is competitive and based on experience.
