Qualifications:
Proven experience as an MRI Technologist within hospital or imaging center settings Proficiency in imaging protocols, safety procedures, and MRI equipment operation Certification or eligibility as an MRI Tech (ARRT-MR) Current BLS certification Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and electronic health record systems Outstanding communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities:
Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure Prepare imaging suites and verify imaging orders according to established protocols Work collaboratively with radiologists, nursing staff, and other technologists Document procedures, imaging findings, and patient interactions accurately Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards of infection control
