Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Travel Step into an impactful healthcare setting as an experienced Radiology Technologist, bringing your skills in imaging to support patient care. Qualifications:
Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Radiology Tech role Comprehensive knowledge of imaging protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety practices Proficient with PACS and digital imaging equipment Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting Exceptional communication and patient care skills BLS certification (current)
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality diagnostic radiographic images according to physician orders and departmental protocols Position patients safely and accurately to ensure optimal imaging results while prioritizing their comfort Operate and maintain imaging equipment following established safety and infection control procedures Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely, precise imaging that assists in diagnosis and treatment planning Remain vigilant about radiation safety for patients, staff, and self Accurately document procedures and communicate pertinent information within the healthcare team Support department needs, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and quality assurance activities This contract role offers the chance to expand your clinical experience and make a meaningful difference alongside other dedicated healthcare professionals.
