Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into an essential diagnostic imaging role that makes a difference every night. This contract opportunity is designed for an experienced MRI technologist skilled in advanced imaging and eager to contribute to a high-performing healthcare facility.
Schedule:
10:00 pm - 6:30 am, Monday through Friday (overnight shift) 13-week engagement
Key Qualifications:
Current ARRT (R)(MR) certification is required Minimum of 2 years' recent MRI technologist experience Ability to apply for and verify a valid Virginia state license (pending applications accepted if you follow the temporary licensing process) Experience operating Siemens Skyra 3T, Siemens Sola 1.5T, and GE Signa HDx 1.5T MRI systems Comfortable with EPIC electronic medical records: Radiology MT online module proficiency Willingness to wear grey scrubs as mandated by facility uniform policy Compliance with vaccine requirements, especially annual flu vaccination or an approved exemption (Oct 1-Mar 31)
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans using state-of-the-art equipment Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures Accurately input patient data into the
EPIC EMR
system for radiology Collaborate effectively with night shift clinical teams Maintain clean, well-prepared work areas and readily available equipment
