Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your imaging expertise to a welcoming healthcare environment as a specialized technologist. This contract opportunity focuses on advanced CT and PET/CT imaging, with a strong emphasis on oncology and cardiac PET procedures utilizing RB82 generator technology. Candidates with direct experience in cardiac PET are preferred, but hands-on training is available for motivated professionals eager to expand their skills.
Schedule:
Days only—enjoy your weekends off Alternating weeks of 5x8 days and 4x10 days
Key Qualifications:
Experience in imaging, specifically CT and PET/CT Background in cardiac nuclear medicine/PET, or willingness to learn ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required Active or eligible for Vermont state radiology license (must obtain if not already licensed) Familiarity with Siemens imaging systems preferred Team-oriented attitude, with flexibility to adapt to dynamic patient care needs
Responsibilities:
Perform precise CT and PET/CT scans with a focus on oncology and cardiac studies Operate Siemens imaging equipment safely and effectively Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patient response Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver accurate diagnostic information Float as needed between sites in Berlin, VT and Rutland, VT (travel required) Maintain detailed and compliant patient records
