Job Description

Radiology Technician (X-Ray Technologist) - Toppenish, WA 98948 We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Technician to join the team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic X-ray procedures, operate imaging equipment, and provide high-quality patient care while ensuring accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Prepare and position patients for radiographic examinations. Operate, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of radiology equipment. Process and evaluate diagnostic images for quality and accuracy. Document all procedures and patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Follow radiation safety guidelines to protect patients, staff, and yourself. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe imaging environment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Provide compassionate and professional care to patients throughout the imaging process. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Active Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT) required. Current state licensure (if applicable). Current BLS certification. Previous experience in diagnostic radiology preferred. Strong knowledge of radiographic equipment, imaging techniques, and radiation safety standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
