This travel-based assignment promises a dynamic schedule—two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts each week, with weekend and call rotation. Key Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited radiography program (education verification required) Proven experience as an MRI Technologist ARRT Radiography andARRT MRI
registrations (required) Current BLS certificationEssential Responsibilities:
Perform MRI procedures as ordered by licensed medical practitioners for diagnostic interpretation Prepare and instruct patients, ensuring optimal cooperation and comfort Apply safety principles to protect patients, self, and staff throughout all imaging processes Operate all MRI-related systems and equipment, selecting appropriate sequences and techniques per established protocols Administer contrast media and venipuncture as needed Collaborate with physicians during interventional procedures, utilizing aseptic technique Evaluate images for technical quality, manipulate digital data, and ensure precise records within radiology information systems (including PACS) Provide real-time guidance to partners and students, and respond swiftly with basic life support when requiredBenefits and Travel Perks:
