This assignment places you within reach of the region's beautiful parks, charming small towns, and cultural attractions. Schedule:
2 x 12-hour shifts, 2 x 8-hour shifts per week Includes weekend and call rotation with flexibility to support department needsKey Responsibilities:
Conduct MRI procedures under physician orders, adhering to safety principles and established protocols Prepare and instruct patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and cooperation throughout procedures Select and operate MRI systems, surface coils, and physiologic gating devices Perform venipuncture, manage contrast media administration, and verify patient consent/screening Collaborate with physicians during interventional MRI procedures Evaluate, manipulate, and archive imaging data for diagnostic interpretation Maintain clear, accurate records using radiology information systems (including PACS) Provide instruction to peers and students, and initiate basic life support as neededQualifications:
Graduate of an accredited radiography program (degree verification required) Experience as an MRI technologist ARRT (Radiography) and ARRT (MRI) certifications required Approved BLS certificationBenefits and Perks:
