1 Description American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging department, requiring ARRT or
ARMRIT MR
certification and GE scanner experience. Details MRI department in an acute care hospital setting Monday through Friday, 1st shift with typical start times of 8:30 AM or 9:00 AM; 10-hour shift schedules may be considered On-call required based on department needs, currently averaging 1-2 shifts per week Monday through Friday until 11:00 PM, and every 3rd-4th weekend from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Holiday on-call coverage required as needed May be required to float within skill set onsite or to nearby facilities within 40 miles Epic EMR used Requirements Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification required Active Wisconsin state license required at the time of consideration; license required if applicable BLS certification required (AHA-issued) GE scanner experience required Travel experience preferred Epic EMR experience preferred Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US domestic home address Additional Information Perform MRI imaging procedures across a range of patient needs within the department's scope Local candidates are welcome to apply; however, candidates living within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate Two professional references required for consideration Driver's license copy required for consideration Skills checklist required for consideration
