Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Skilled CT Technologists are invited to apply for a contract assignment providing high-quality imaging services within a collaborative clinical environment. This position supports a busy department equipped with two state-of-the-art CT scanners (GE VCT 64 slice and Siemens Somatom Definition 64 slice), offering a dynamic and engaging setting for clinical professionals.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No on-call requirements
Qualifications:
BLS certification required West Virginia X-ray License (or willingness to apply post-offer) IV experience required ARRT (CT) certification preferred, or 3-5 years of CT technologist experience Willingness to disclose any licensure hits at submission Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment First-time travelers welcome
Responsibilities:
Perform CT scans of the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and assist with biopsies (biopsy training available if needed) Set up sterile trays and assist with patient preparation Administer IVs and support contrast delivery as needed Document procedures accurately using Community Works EMR and Intellirad/Intelliconnect PACS Collaborate with a team of technologists and nursing staff, with Imaging Director and Lead Tech available for support Maintain professionalism, adhere to department dress code, and uphold patient safety standards Weekend and holiday rotation participation as required
