.. Do You Qualify! You have at least 3 years of experience specifically w/in Senior Living or Geriatric professions (Required) You have experience in hiring, directing, and managing a team You have a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred) You have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (Required for conducting resident outings) You are proficient in Microsoft Office and possess the "logic and reasoning" skills to solve problems before they reach the residents

  • Your Activities Director Job Duties!
Coordinate a high-end social calendar that includes outings, speakers, entertainers, and Social Hour events that drive resident satisfaction Execute and maintain a detailed New Resident Orientation process Be the bridge between our residents and the rest of the leadership team, ensuring that resident feedback is turned into actionable community improvements Lead and mentor the Resident Relations Assistant , manage the activity budget , and ensure our community amenities (Theater, Lounge, Veranda) are always tour-ready Partner with our marketing team to tour potential residents and families, showing them why our community is the best in Northwest Arkansas
