is looking for a creative, organized, and guest-focused Art Studio Coordinator to help support daily studio operations, guest experience, events, and team coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment and has strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily studio operations and support front-of-house activities Ensure guests have a positive and engaging DIY crafting experience Assist with event setup, scheduling, and client communication Support team training, shift coordination, and workflow management Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and inventory Assist with social media content, studio promotions, and community engagement Troubleshoot guest concerns and provide excellent customer service Collaborate with management on operational improvements and special projects

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Interest in arts, crafts, events, or creative experiences Leadership or coordination experience preferred Weekend availability preferred

Pay:

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
